DEERFIELD — A Deerfield man charged with illegal weapon possession after shooting and killing two people who entered his home earlier this month will be released on his own recognizance Tuesday morning. The agreement between the district attorney's office and defense lawyer Mark Wolber for the release of Ronald Stolarczyk, 64, was announced Monday evening in an appearance at the Deerfield Town Court. Wolber will be back in court Aug. 5.
